CaseMap Training

Our CaseMap training covers both fundamental and administrator skill sets. The fundamental session is geared towards those interested in understanding how to appropriately utilize the software either as a document management system or in conjunction with a document management system such as Summation or Concordance. This session covers case creation and management, sharing data between other Legal Software packages, search and retrieval, creating a cast of characters, issues, facts, and links between them. Finally, we explain how to send CaseMap data to a trial presentation program and give an overview of the associated programs in the suite; Notemap, Timemap, and Textmap.

The administrator session is suited for case administrators. This session explains how to create and utilize case layout templates, as well as an overview of case scripts, an in depth look at Report Writer, provides a brief understanding of utilizing the software and overall strengthens an administrator’s troubleshooting abilities with this suite of products.

Trial Director

TrialDirector Training

Our TrialDirector Training begins with an overview of the associated programs in the suite: TimeCoder, Deposition Director, Document Director and other plug-ins. Additionally we cover best practices for case creation and management, the search and retrieval process for exhibits, advance and “On the fly” annotation abilities, and presentation mode. Class members will perform a mock presentation which includes connecting, using, and troubleshooting all hardware and software involved in a “real-world” setting.

We also offer a “Boot Camp” TrialDirector course using your actual case materials to help prepare you for an upcoming presentation or trial.
