Dedication
Every project, regardless of nature, is assigned a dedicated Project Manager, to see it through from inception to completion.  This individual becomes your main point of contact and, along with your Litigation Consultant, is responsible for your total satisfaction. 

Experience
Our Project Management team has over fifty years of combined experience in the litigation support/consulting industry.  Additionally, they receive continuous training, and are required to pass regular testing, on all relevant software and hardware advancements.

Availability
We truly operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This not only means that we can be more responsive and productive, but also that you will get a live Project Manager any time, day or night.

Communication & Reporting
You will never have to make a phone call to determine the status of your project (unless of course you want to).  Based on your requirements, which will be qualified before project inception, we will provide continual project updates.  Do you want an email or phone call?  Would you like it in Excel or PDF?  Would you like daily or weekly reporting?  Would you like direct access via the web to check on your project status?  The choice is yours.
