Marc Lipsky Joins 24 Seven as Senior Litigation Consultant CHICAGO, IL - 24 Seven Discovere, a Chicago-based Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support company, has hired Marc Lipsky as a Senior Litigation Consultant. Most recently, Mr. Lipsky served as Director of Operations, for ESI Services, at McNamara Business Solutions, an E-Discovery forensics and data processing company. Prior to his time at McNamara, Mr. Lipsky was the Director of Operations & Business Development at NDCR Ltd., a legal services firm providing stenography, transcript management and exhibit handling.
